Now on Blogspot!

Ola! This is not the first personal blog I have. I have one before using Wordpress, but it was been hacked so  I decided to abandon it. And then last year I also started to have my Tumblr. And the first tumblr account I have been hacked and deleted too.

It took quite a long time to go back and blog again. I'm still in the mourning phase because it's not easy to see that all your efforts to have a good and high quality blog just taken away from you by this super genius hackers.

But yeah, I'm back!

Before writing too much stuff, I wonder if I can sum up all the blogs/sites I currently have. Why not?

Forever Tumblr!

Well, may be I will be forever a Tumblr user. Tumblr is a microblogging platform and a social networking site too. It allows you to post multimedia files such as pictures, audio, videos, text and display it to a short-form type of blog. Tumblr users can follow each other, reblog each other or you can just make it private. Tumblr is quite the easiest blog site I've known. The dashboards, themes, etc. are all user friendly. I even started creating my own tumblr themes. But unfortunately, this site is not too popular here in the Philippines. Oh well! Currently, I have three Tumblr accounts. Yes three!

My main blog is frism. This is a photo blog which features mostly fashion, home interiors and food. Why frism? I actually wanted “prism” but the url has already taken, so intead of using too much hyphen (which is popular in tumblr urls) I decided to use letter f instead. I wanted this blog to be light and minimalist at all times.  Here's a screenshot of my archive.

Since this blog is quite minimalist and light, I decided to have another blog contrast to this, wildfrism. Anything that catches my eyes but seems not suited for my first blog goes here. You may want to compare the difference and similarities between the two, here's a screenshot of my wildfrism.

Both blogs are classified being a colored blog, indie, serene and soft grunge. If you have Tumblr you will definitely know what I mean.

Then I also have a music collaboration blog - melody-network. Collaboration blog or popularly known in Tumblr world as "collab blog" is a blog runs by 2 or more owners. This blog offers you nothing but music (audios and videos). Here you can have a preview of what type of music I usually love listening too. Just visit the site and try to listen with all the songs we already have there.

Polyvore.

I started to have my Polyvore account three months ago and I'm enjoying it a lot. Polyvore is a fashion social site which allows users to assemble sets of items found in the website database. But as the users started to explore more, Polyvore now offers you sets divided to these categories:
  1. Fashion
  2. Interiors
  3. Art and Expression
My polyvore account, frism is a mixture of the three. But most of my sets are Art and Expression, and Fashion. Polyvore users can also follow each other, you can also join groups and contest. You can easily monitor your blog activities and standing. I love this site because of the endless possibilities that I can do here. My ideas and wildest imaginations work really well in this site. Here's a screenshot of some of my sets.

Pinterest.

This site is almost the same with Tumblr (as the way I'm using it). It is a content sharing or bookmarking site which allows you to "pin" images and other contents on your pinboard. The only different of this site to Tumblr is that it allows you to categorize each photos according to boards you have created. My account, frism27 have 12 boards which includes, artwork, fashion, crafts, home interiors and food. I don't usually update my account but you can still visit it and have a slice.

And that's a wrap! In addition to all those blogs above is my new baby. So that's for now, amigos!
